Booking terms and conditions.
For general services and treatments no deposits are normally required.
However colour correction appointments may be the exception as these can be time and product consuming.
A non-refundable deposit of £75.00 to secure your wedding date is required within 2 weeks of booking your date.
Late bookings with less than 3 months prior to the wedding date will require full payment on date of booking.
A payment and trial plan will be put into place and agreed by myself and the client at the time the deposit has been paid.
All receipts will be sent by email or post depending on the clients preferred confirmation method.
Cancellation of date.
If the client requests to cancel their date for any reason no monies will be refunded after the initial deposit amount without a valid reason and evidence.
If for any reason I have to cancel a date I will do my upmost to get cover for the date of the booking. If this is not acceptable by the client a full refund will be given.
Once a booking has been made payment details will be given to the client with a breakdown of the payment plan. Missed payment dates will lead to cancellation and no refund of any monies paid to that date.
Once all booking details have been finalised a booking agreement will be sent out and is to be signed by the client and returned within 14 days of the booking.
